In 2005 Page decided to listen to the wise man and create works of fine art. Page set aside his career in medicine to fully devote himself to painting, after an enlightening spell in Italy altered his perspective on the art of living People ask him how long it took to complete “Serenity,” his first oil painting. He answers “it took 30 years, as you have to include the last twenty years I have been honing my creative skills practicing dentistry in the art and sculpture of creating beautiful smiles.” Page has been recognized as an artist since childhood. He first created art from early childhood to age 18. His early work was custom jewelry. His brother Theodore J. Page, Jr., a graduate of New York University Film School, suggested Page obtain an education to widen his artistic horizons. This lead to an extensive study of human anatomy and the details of biological form and function.

His soulful paintings are an exuberant reflection of a person with a passion for life. His career path, uncommon for an artist, aid in the individualist nature of his style.
